Zoom in and out of your screenshots, and iPhone Duo captures open like a book.

Zoom the whole set, a single slide or the looks side by side: pinch on the trackpad, press ⌘+ and ⌘−, or pick a size from the zoom menu in the toolbar. Zoom to Fit (⌘0) shows every slide at once and stays fitted as the window changes.

Zooming keeps what's under your fingers in place, and each view remembers its own zoom.

iPhone Duo: capture the open Duo on its side, 2853×2007, and Stoot draws it the way Apple's landscape bezel shows it. Any landscape capture now lays its device on its side.

Captures take whichever Duo display is lit, so the folded and unfolded simulator both work.

Show an element on chosen targets only, like a closed Duo beside the open one on the Duo's set alone. An iPad placement carries over to the open Duo.

Reads Xcode 27's device types for exact screen sizes and masks.

Header and search art can now move: looping videos for the App Store's iOS 27 product page header and search results.

Make It Move in the inspector turns header or search art into a looping video, 5 to 30 seconds at 30 or 60 fps: scenes that take turns with headlines and screens, transitions between them, and slow drift on the background and the device. Press play on the canvas to watch it.

Loops without a seam: Stoot checks that the last frame meets the first, and checks the safe area and text size at every quarter second.

Export writes an MP4 beside each moving piece's poster PNG. Stoot writes the H.264 itself: the header at 3840×1646, search at 3072×2048 so phones play it smoothly, in colors that match the stills.

Screen recordings play inside devices, and numbered image sequences animate backgrounds.

A font named SF Pro now uses the system font.

For agents: creative_upsert takes motion (scenes, transitions, keyframes, waves), render_creative shows any moment or a filmstrip, and capture_video records the simulator. On the command line: stoot video -c header, stoot render --time or --filmstrip, and stoot capture --video.

Make the App Store's new header and search results art (iOS 27) right beside your screenshots.

Header & Search in the sidebar: add the product page header (3840×1646), the search results asset (3840×2560) or one universal asset (5244×2950). Each is a slide on its own canvas, with the same texts, devices, images and fills.

Apple's safe area on the canvas: it marks what every device shows, so words and the focal point stay inside it. Stoot warns about text outside it and text too small to read in search results.

Laid out for you: texts fit the safe area and keep the lines you wrote; add a device and text and phone sit side by side.

Export writes them next to your screenshots (exports/ios/ios.header/…), ready to drop into App Store Connect's Header and Search Results.

Every App Store text is now checked against Apple's asset rules: no prices, discounts, web addresses, ©, other platforms or Apple's own badges.

For agents: creative_upsert, render_creative (with the safe area outlined) and creative_delete. On the command line: stoot render -s header --guides.

Compare your looks side by side, and make the one that wins a store test your main screenshots.

Looks view (⇧⌘E): every look in a row, labelled Original and Treatment A–C the way App Store and Google Play tests run them, or one slide in every look, larger.

Text every look shares stays shared: fix a typo in one look and it's fixed in all of them. To test other words, set a text to This look.

Make Base turns the winning look into your main screenshots. The old base stays as a look, and every other look draws exactly as before.

Export All Looks writes the base and each look into its own folder, ready for a store test. A look that can't be drawn stops the export, and export folders of deleted looks are cleared.

For agents: render_overview with all_variants compares every look in one call, and variant_promote makes a look the base. On the command line: stoot overview --all-variants.

More looks from one project, and an editor and agent that no longer step on each other.

Looks: keep several designs of one project (an A/B test, a bold and a calm version). Captures, translations and placements stay shared; render, compare and export each one.

Open styling: your own fonts, text styles per role, slide or element (tracking, capitals, slant, outlines, hard shadows, gradient letters), and highlight, marker and sticker emphasis.

New pieces: detail cards cropped from a screenshot, curved arrows, any SVG shape, blur and blend modes, radial fills, custom shadows, image crops and masks.

Smarter checks: unknown fields come back with the one you probably meant; Stoot warns when a translation wraps, a highlight covers the next line, or a font is missing.

Your edits and your agent's now merge instead of overwriting each other, and parallel agent calls no longer lose changes.

Fixes: a crash on duplicate slide ids, re-adding an asset deleted it, Android deep links with & in them, exports from a variant replacing the main set.

Projects saved by 1.1 need 1.1: Stoot 1.0 asks you to update instead of dropping the new settings.
